Get involved in Waterwatch
Anybody or any organisation that cares about the local environment can get involved in Waterwatch.
The Waterwatch network is made up of individuals, community groups, and school groups who regularly:
- check their local waterways
- undertake actions to help maintain good water quality
- help raise community awareness about water quality issues
Every State and Territory has local Waterwatch facilitators and coordinators who help the communities understand, monitor, protect, and restore waterway and catchment health.
If you are interested in joining or starting a Waterwatch group contact your local Waterwatch facilitator or coordinator.
